Sweav, from scrappy startup to serious challenger.
A consulting brand built for the next generation of business.
1.
Challenge
Consulting is broken. The Big Four and MBB sell complexity. Jargon-heavy reports, bloated strategies, and months of billable hours—only to deliver recommendations, not results. Sweav was built to break that cycle. From day one, they ditched the old playbook—no fluff, no wasted time, just high-impact execution. But as they scaled, their brand lagged behind. What once made them different now made them disappear. Their identity felt too safe, too corporate—too much like the firms they set out to challenge. Potential clients didn’t instantly grasp what made Sweav unique, and their digital presence lacked the clarity, confidence, and velocity that defined them in action. They weren’t here to fit in. They needed a brand that made that impossible.
2.
Solution
We didn’t just refine Sweav’s identity. We rebuilt it from the ground up. The language became sharper—no vague promises, no consulting clichés, just direct, high-impact messaging built for decision-makers. The identity followed suit. Bold, high-cuontrast, and unapologetic, it stripped away the corporate polish that made Sweav blend in. And the website? It became an engine for conversion—clear, immediate, and designed to make one thing unmistakable: Sweav isn’t like other consultancies. This wasn’t just a new look. It was a declaration. Sweav no longer just operated like a challenger—they looked and felt like one, too.

But this is just the beginning. 2025 is all about acceleration. Sweav is targeting 70% growth, expanding into a new office (custom-designed in the new Sweav style), and launching major brand awareness campaigns in Financieel Dagblad and BNR radio. Staking their claim as the future of consulting. Sweav doesn’t follow the rules of consulting. They write their own.

In January 2013 Spring/Summer came to life with a clear idea of how a modern design agency could be run. Gathering the best talent fuelled by high ambitions and projects run in a way where quality is the last thing to be sacrificed, we design online shops, corporate websites and brand identities with a strong root in the Scandinavian design philosophies where functionality meets aesthetics and the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

They listen carefully, are creative and directive in bringing the core to life in design with a logic of reasoning, do a great job in client management—the process is clear, always well prepared, gives regular updates, and they are fun to work with.”
